I built a Strait of Hormuz industrial-math war game. Not a Hollywood carrier charge.

You sit one of five chairs: Tanker CEO, Tanker Captain, Small CEO, Anti-Mine Warfare, or Mine Warfare. One sitting. Weeks count. No clock. Greece, Inc. is the tanker house.

The US wins by making oil cheap without donating a prestige hull. Iran wins by fear, insurance death, and a living resupply pipeline. The tanker wins dollars per barrel on exit. Danger pays. Death pays zero.

Mines drift. Their uncertainty blob grows every week you leave it. One mine kill ends insurance. The lane can die from a market, not a fleet. Paying Iran funds the next wave and does not sweep mines. High price is itself a factory. Pipelines take years. Contracts take a week. The market prices the week.

Source is published so it can be audited. If you think mines sit still, start at the model. Receipts are on the sim, not a footer.
