Based Dieting for Billionaires

Recently, Elon Musk shared an image of himself looking noticeably slimmer, revealing he's now using a medication similar to Ozempic named Mounjaro for his weight management.

However, the use of GLP-1 agonists like Ozempic isn't the ultimate solution. The real path to health involves rethinking our dietary habits, which is what this article explores. It's not just advice for the wealthy; I'm a poor, so I share my own journey here.

GLP-1s are not the way. The way is to rethink how you eat. Hence this article. This is not just for billionaires, I'm a poor, so I relate how I did it.

No more Diet Coke, Elon, you live in Texas, drink sweet tea

Diet drinks fool your body into thinking you've drunk a bunch of empty calories, and they screw with your satiety, so you feel unsatisfied. Hence the super big gulp. Same thing with High Fructose Corn Syrup.

While refined sugar isn't great, if you live in the south you can get sweet tea, which you'll drink less of because its actually satisfying, which diet drinks aren't.

If you don't live in the south, here's the recipe for sweet tea: Buy some loose tea from adagio.com, get a tea strainer of your choice, fill a pitcher with ice, top ice with sugar, boil water, remove from stove and let the water sit with double strength tea leaves (2t per cup of water), then pour over the sugar and ice and stir. Extra credit: Honey instead of sugar.

Billionaire: Hire a Keto chef, Everyone else: Learn to cook.

If you're a billionaire and live in a compound that cost $35 million with your 3 baby mamas, and your security guys hire a freaking chef. It's a small investment in your health, and your children's health, and your baby mama's health. You'll feel more powerful, and have more energy, and the time you save from cooking can be spent on getting to Mars, or playing Path of Exile now that you're waiting for the next Diablo drop.

I'm not a billionaire, so I learned to cook. I did that two ways: First, a long time ago, I stole my mom's copy of the Good Housekeeping Illustrated Cookbook, which is like a comic book guide of cooking.

To learn Keto, for awhile I did Green Chef:

That helped me get into the Keto mentality. While it seems extravagant to have your food delivered that way, if you commit to cooking it and not just putting it in your refrigerator to spoil a week later, I found the ingredients were fresher than the grocery store, more convenient, and the recipes tasty. YMMV though.

Billionaire: Hire a trainer, do Crossfit. Everyone Else: darebees

If you're a billionaire, have your security guys help you train, or hire an actual trainer which you can share with them. You can buy your own equipment.

Everyone else, you can go to https://darebee.com/ or buy the book: https://amzn.to/3Pdarzh I'm doing exercise #16 right now.

Buy Bananas when you buy Avocados

Learned this recently via grok. Once you go Keto, AKA High Fat, Low Carbs, you will learn to love eating Avocados, cut one in half, remove the pit, add some homemade salad dressing, instead salad/snack.

But my local supermarket was basically selling green rocks. What I learned to do was to buy the cheap bag of medium avocados and put them in a plastic bag with the bananas when I got home. In 2 days, they're ripe! Cheap Green Rocks -> tasty Omega 3 fruit! I just asked grok what to do with the bananas and it said to wrap the stems in plastic wrap, so that's next.

Go forth and be healthy. #MAHA
